By creating an account or using Farglance, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
You’re responsible for keeping your password and glasses code private, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
Farglance shows pieces of your own computer screen on your glasses. You’re responsible for what you display and for complying with the rules of any software or content you view. Only mirror screens and windows you’re allowed to view.
If you share your referral link, a friend who subscribes may receive a discount and you may receive a credit, as described at sign-up. We may change or end the referral program, and we may withhold credits for abuse or fraud.
We work to keep Farglance running but don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Farglance runs on the Meta Ray-Ban Display and depends on hardware and software we don’t control.
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent allowed by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Farglance isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using Farglance and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms; we’ll change the date above and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
