How long does the battery last?
It depends heavily on what you do — music and the occasional photo stretch much further than constant video or an always-on display. Plan on
topping up during the day and treat the charging case as part of the kit. The single best upgrade is a

Do Meta glasses need a phone?
Yes — they pair with the Meta AI app on your phone for setup, updates, and syncing photos/videos. Day to day you can do a lot hands-free, but the phone is the hub. They work with both iPhone and Android.
Can you get them with prescription lenses?
